So my San Diego friends are here and we’ve been going at a pretty good clip thus far. Today we’re being mellow, though. We woke up later than usual…about 8am. We had some yogurt with fruit, granola…YUMMY and light. Then, happy Molly got a great hike at the farm with four of us in tow. She managed to run and gallop a bit…even rub herself in some horse poop. :) Happy girl. (Not me, but the dog…she was happy rolling in the poop.)
Last night when we got home from Denali, we enjoyed cuddling with Molly and then made some pizza. We each chose our own toppings and had some WONDERFUL salad from the garden. YUM-OH! Annie’s Goddess Dressing for the salads was a BIG HIT! The dough came out great and we all enjoyed some tasty-ness before watching a pay-per-view movie. (How easy are those things? No trip to the video store! EASY!) We watched a Matthew McConahay…spelling?? film with Kate Hudson, Fool’s Gold. It was good. The warm water and scuba diving looked like fun! Warm, warm fun!!
It’s not too cold here, but it’s not bikini weather, for sure.
Well…I’m going to snooze a bit. Mellow day continues…ahhhhh!
